The Travelers returned to Vergalid's mines and made our way down into the pit and faced one very large dragon.

We didn't bring enough provisions to satisfy his hunger. But we'll be back.

Vergalid's mine holds more than just miners and a dragon. First, there is this bossy little gnome with her annoying mechanical contraptions.

We knew how to deal with gnomes like her. You break her toys, then you put her in her place.

We swept away the rubbish and enjoyed a moment at the campfire.

Moving further into the mine we found this big giant who complained bitterly about needing more rest. So we did what he asked.

Gratz to everyone for two more first kills. Now, where's that dragon?

We collected our bane weapons, and diligently practiced. And when the time was right we cleared a path to Mayong Mistmoore.

The fight was exceptionally smooth, and the result was almost routine.

But the satisfaction of a first kill is never routine, especially when it marks the end of an expansion.
