A fine week to mark the end of summer. We cleaned out the Steam Factory in routine fashion, silly gnomes and their contraptions. We continued our push through Solteris with first kills over Astire and his Guardians, and next over Irrissa the Seer and her illusions.

The only good spider is a dead spider.

Back to Solteris to finish persuading Captain Balreth that we weren't going to leave his realm.

The result was as it should be, so we gathered for a photo op.

We journeyed back to Solteris, dispatched those quarrelsome sisters, and then settled into dealing first with Ur-Floxiz Lochmaul. And then with Aprosis. We liked the result so we set up camp on the stairs. Gratz to us for another first kill.

We ventured to the next island and finally ran into Rear Guard Captain Balreth. He was so pleased to finally get some company, he was beside himself.

We'll be back to even the score. Until then, live well and kill often.

We like the Steam Factory. A whole lot. We're already on familiar terms with the Mining Behemoth and the Chief Mechanic. So we gathered our forces and focused on Spindlecrank.

There were lots of flying contraptions, some grenade throwers, and even a few gnomes. But they all turned tail when the big whirlybird crash landed.

Congratz to everyone for another first kill, and our first sweep through the Steam Factory.

Our last visit to the Steam Factory was so enjoyable we quickly returned. We pounced again on the Behemoth, and then turned our attention to the Power Station and Chief Mechanic Clankwrench.

There was a lot of powering up, and a lot powering down. As in powering way, way down for Clankwrench.
